Seismic Isolators

Seismic isolators are devices designed to reduce the impact of an earthquake on building structures. These devices are made of materials such as rubber, steel and other composite materials and are installed between the base of the building and the structure of the building.

Seismic isolators are employed in buildings constructed in areas with high seismic activity, such as subduction zones, active faults, among others. They can also be utilized in critical structures like hospitals, nuclear power plants, bridges, and more.

The utilization of seismic isolators offers several advantages, such as the reduction of structural damage and the mitigation of collapse risk in the event of an earthquake. Additionally, it facilitates swift resumption of operations and lowers repair and maintenance costs after an earthquake.

Rubber linings

Rubber liners are rubber coatings applied to the internal surface of industrial equipment to protect it from wear, abrasion, corrosion, and other types of damage. In the rubber industry, rubber linings are commonly used in a wide variety of equipment, such as ball mills, storage tanks, pipelines, and other types of pipelines.

Ball mills

Rubber Ball Mill Liners are linings applied to the inside of ball mills to protect the mill walls from wear and abrasion caused by the motion of steel balls and ore moving within the mill.

Tanks

Rubber tank linings are used to protect the internal walls of storage tanks from corrosive, abrasive or adhesive liquids. Rubber linings can be molded into a variety of shapes to fit the shape of the tank and can provide long-lasting protection against wear and corrosion.

Tubes and Ducts

Rubber linings for pipes and other types of pipes are used to protect the internal surface of pipes and pipes from abrasion and corrosion caused by the flow of liquids or gases through them. Rubber liners can be molded to fit the shape of the pipe or duct and can provide long-lasting and effective protection against wear and corrosion.

Anti-wear Rubber Sheets

Rubber Anti-Wear Plates are rubber sheets designed to provide superior protection against wear, abrasion and other types of damage. Rubber wear plates are commonly used in a wide variety of applications, such as the mining, construction, agricultural, and chemical industries.

Smooth plates

Smooth Rubber Anti-Wear Sheets are non-textured, non-patterned rubber sheets designed to protect the surface of equipment and machinery from wear and abrasion. These planks are ideal for use in areas where slippage is not a problem and can be easily cut to size and shape.

Toothed Plates

Toothed rubber wear plates have a bump pattern on their surface that provides increased slip resistance. These plates are ideal for areas where more traction is required, such as on ramps or loading and unloading areas. Notched plates are also ideal for use on surfaces that are exposed to high levels of impact, such as lining chutes or chutes.

Metal pieces

We manufacture metal parts that are lined with rubber or have rubber components. Some of the more common metal parts that are used in combination with rubber include:

  • Valve Components – Valves require metal parts such as the valve body, stem, and disc, which are often encased in rubber to improve their performance.
  • Storage Containers – Storage containers, such as tanks and silos, often have rubber linings to protect them from corrosion and wear.
  • Pump Components – Pumps require metal components such as casings and vanes that are often rubber lined to resist wear and corrosion.
